For those of you scheduled to be guests of The Indy Author Podcast--thank you for setting aside time to talk with me! Here is some information to ensure that our conversation is a great experience for us and for your fans and followers, current and future!
  • Unless otherwise arranged, all episodes are recorded via Zoom, and I will post both audio and video. I will edit the conversation, so no problem if you are beset by a case of the hiccups.
  • We will aim for ~30-40 minutes for our chat.
  • The listeners of the podcast are writers and authors, published and unpublished, indy and traditional, so discussion should focus on topics related to the writing craft and the publishing voyage.
  • Find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed by people or pets.
  • Turn off your phone and silence notifications on your computer.
  • Don't rely on the built-in microphone on your computer. You an give very inexpensive mic-equipped earbuds, like these.
  • Since I will be posting video of our conversation, check what the camera will pick up.​ Also consider your framing (see images below).
